The Campaigns module in Sanoflow is a dynamic and essential tool designed to significantly enhance marketing and communication strategies using WhatsApp as a primary channel. This module serves as the nerve center for executing targeted, automated, and personalized marketing campaigns directly to clients' WhatsApp accounts. You will start with a view with the previous campaigns if they exist, and you may check on details about them by pressing on them.

Getting Here

The campaign module is only accessible by admins and managers. Admins/Managers can provide the marketing team role access to campaigns, or any other role desired.

This module can be accessed through the navigation list on your left side of the screen, then go to Campaigns.

What to find in the Campaigns Page?

Campaign List Overview

The Campaigns page provides a table summarizing all the campaigns created within the platform. The columns include:

  • ID: Unique identifier for each campaign.
  • Name: Customizable name for easy identification.
  • Status: Indicates the progress of the campaign (e.g., Scheduled, Sent, Failed).
  • Channel: The communication channel used (e.g., WhatsApp).
  • Created: Date and time the campaign was initiated.
  • Completed: Date and time the campaign was completed.
  • Scheduled Day & Time: The predefined schedule for the campaign.
  • Filter by Status: Use the dropdown to view campaigns by their current state (e.g., Scheduled, Sent, Processing, Paused, or Failed).
  • Search Bar: Quickly find campaigns by name.

Campaign Details

Clicking on a campaign name opens a detailed view:

  • Details Tab:
    • Channel: Indicates the platform used for the campaign.
    • Created By: The user who initiated the campaign.
    • Template: The template selected for the message.
    • Segment: Target group for the campaign.
    • Status: Progress of the campaign (e.g., Sent or Failed).
    • Analytics: Key performance metrics:
      • Sent Percentage: Number of messages sent successfully.
      • Read Percentage: Messages read by recipients.
      • Replied Percentage: Recipients who replied.
      • Failed Percentage: Messages that failed to deliver.
      • Total Clicks: Clicks on any links included in the campaign.
    • Report Download: Generate a detailed report of the campaign’s performance.
  • Recipients Tab:
    • Shows the list of all contacts targeted by the campaign.
    • Details include recipient names, statuses (e.g., Sent or Failed), and delivery timestamps.

Managing Campaigns

  • Edit Campaign: Adjust campaign details before launch.
  • Delete Campaign: Remove campaigns permanently by clicking the trash icon. A confirmation window will appear before deletion.
  • Pause Campaign: You will not be able to pause a campaign after it gets sent.

Practical Use Cases

  • Appointment Reminders: Notify clients of upcoming appointments.
  • Promotions: Announce discounts, sales, or new services.
  • Follow-Ups: Reconnect with leads who have expressed interest in your services.
  • Event Invitations: Send RSVP requests or event updates.

  • Template Optimization: Use concise, actionable templates with placeholders for personalization.
  • Targeted Segments: Avoid spamming by targeting specific groups.
  • Monitor Analytics: Regularly review metrics to optimize future campaigns.

  • Failed messages are logged, and you can retry sending to those recipients. You may also check for the failed reasons here.

  • Yes, analytics include metrics like message reads, replies, and link clicks.

  • Placeholders like {{Name}} can be added by adding "@", and this will allow the system to give you personalized suggestions based on recipient data.
