# Template Compatibility

If your WhatsApp message template includes dynamic text in the header component, it will not appear in the template selection dropdown when creating a new campaign in Sanoflow.

**Why?**

Sanoflow currently supports dynamic fields only in the body and button components of a template. The header must contain static content only.

**What to do:**

Edit your template in WhatsApp Manager to remove the dynamic variable from the header.

Use dynamic placeholders like {{Name}}, {{Date}}, etc., only in the body or buttons of the template.

# Practical Use Cases

1. **Appointment Reminders**:
   - Notify clients of upcoming appointments.
2. **Promotions**:
   - Announce discounts, sales, or new services.
3. **Follow-Ups**:
   - Reconnect with leads who have expressed interest in your services.
4. **Event Invitations**:
   - Send RSVP requests or event updates.

# Best Practices

1. **Template Optimization**:
   - Use concise, actionable templates with placeholders for personalization.
2. **Targeted Segments**:
   - Avoid spamming by targeting specific groups.
3. **Monitor Analytics**:
   - Regularly review metrics to optimize future campaigns.

# FAQs

1. **What happens if a message fails?**
   - Failed messages are logged, and you can retry sending to those recipients. You may also check for the failed reasons by vistin [Meta Messages Error Codes](docId\:WPJ4mBxXm2U6rbvewqovK).
2. **Can I track recipient interactions?**
   - Yes, analytics include metrics like message reads, replies, and link clicks.
3. **How do I use placeholders in templates?**
   - Placeholders like {{Name}} can be added by adding "@", and this will allow the system to give you personalized suggestions based on recipient data.
4. **Why can’t I find my template in the dropdown when creating a campaign?**
   - If your template uses dynamic text in the header component, it won’t appear in the dropdown. Sanoflow only supports dynamic text in the body and button sections, not the header.
5. **Can I send campaigns through other channels besides WhatsApp?**
   - Currently, WhatsApp is the primary supported channel. However, support for additional channels may be rolled out in future updates, if Meta releases it.
6. **Can I edit a campaign after it’s been scheduled?**
   - Yes, you can edit the campaign before it is sent. Once the status is Sent, it can no longer be modified.
7. **Can I export campaign analytics?**
   - Yes. Each campaign includes a Report Download option that generates a downloadable file with delivery and interaction metrics.
8. **Can I duplicate a campaign for re-use?**
   - No. For now, you can manually re-create a campaign using the same segment and template.
9. **Do recipients see each other in the same campaign?**
   - No. Each message is sent individually through WhatsApp's API, so it behaves like a one-to-one private message for each recipient.
10. **What is the minimum audience size required to send a campaign?**
    - There’s no minimum, but we recommend targeting at least 10 recipients to leverage analytics insights effectively.
