The Account Tab in the settings enables users to manage their personal profile details and configure notification preferences to stay informed about platform updates and activities. This section consists of two subsections:

  1. Account: For managing profile information and password settings.
  2. Notifications: For customizing alerts for Inbox, Enquiry, and Appointment activities.

This tab is accessible by all users.

This module can be accessed through the navigation list on your left side of the screen, then go to Settings and then to Accounts feature.

  1. Profile Management:
    • Fields:
      • First Name
      • Last Name
      • Email (non-editable for authentication purposes)
      • Designation (optional)
      • Timezone (dropdown menu to select the appropriate timezone)

  2. Password Management:
