Payments Overview

the payment module in sanoflow provides an efficient and user friendly way to manage transactions, create payment links, and track payment statuses this module is designed to streamline financial operations, ensuring smooth handling of payments and records getting here if you do not have an active payment integration, then the payment module will not be visible accessing payments from the left side navigation menu, click on payments this will lead you to the payment links page, displaying all the payment transactions and their details key features of the payment module payment links table the payment links table is the core of the payment module, presenting an organized list of all payment transactions each row provides the following details name description date displays the transaction creation date and time format dd mmm yyyy, hh\ mm contact the name of the customer linked to the payment product/service the associated product or service for which the payment is being processed amount displays the transaction amount along with the currency (e g , usd, aed, sar) channel indicates the payment gateway or channel used, such as stripe or clickpay reference number a unique identifier for the transaction includes a copy button to quickly copy the reference number to the clipboard link displays the payment link with an open button clicking the open button redirects you to the payment page (e g , stripe’s interface) status indicates the payment status (e g , pending, paid) transaction time displays the timestamp of when the transaction was initiated created by identifies the user or system agent responsible for creating the transaction (e g , system, flow agent, agent) payment pages when a payment link is opened the payment page (e g , stripe docid\ fijlcm6xirvbja2wmmwvw ) displays the product/service, amount, and payment fields input fields include email address card information (card number, expiry date, cvc) cardholder name country/region selector options for saving card information for quicker future checkouts are available a pay button completes the transaction securely search & filter options search bar located at the top of the table allows searching by channel or partial details of the customer or payment practical use cases sending payment links quickly generate payment links for customers via stripe or clickpay for specific services or products tracking payments monitor the payment status for pending or completed transactions directly from the table streamlined customer management link payments to customers for a seamless financial overview in the crm automation with flows payment links created by system agents can be integrated into customer workflows, enabling automated reminders or follow ups best practices keep records organized regularly monitor and update payment statuses to maintain accurate records secure payment details ensure all payment pages and channels are secured and compliant with standard regulations efficient search and filtering use the search bar and sorting features to quickly locate specific transactions use recognizable references ensure each reference number or product/service name is descriptive for easier identification faqs what payment integrations are supported? currently, stripe and clickpay are the primary supported channels can i customize the payment page? customization options are limited to what is offered by the payment gateway (e g , stripe) how do i track a failed payment? use the status column to identify failed transactions and reach out to customers for resolution is there a way to resend payment links? yes, you can copy the link using the copy button in the reference number column and resend it manually what does the 'created by' column signify? it indicates whether the payment link was generated by system through workflows or specific user can i integrate this module with automated workflows? yes, payment links can be integrated into workflows for automated communication and follow ups what currencies are supported? the supported currencies depend on the payment channel most common currencies like usd, aed, and sar are supported how do i edit a payment link? once created, payment links cannot be edited you may need to create a new link for any changes what security measures are in place for payments? payments are processed through secure gateways like stripe, ensuring compliance with industry standards can i see detailed analytics for payment trends? currently, detailed analytics are not available directly in the module however, payment data can be exported for analysis
