The Payment Module in Sanoflow provides an efficient and user-friendly way to manage transactions, create payment links, and track payment statuses. This module is designed to streamline financial operations, ensuring smooth handling of payments and records.

If you do not have the payment integration, then the Payment Module will not be visible.

  1. Accessing Payments:
    • From the left-side navigation menu, click on Payments.
    • This will lead you to the Payment Links page, displaying all the payment transactions and their details.

Key Features of the Payment Module

Payment Links Table

The Payment Links Table is the core of the payment module, presenting an organized list of all payment transactions. Each row provides the following details:

Name

Description

Date

Displays the transaction creation date and time.

Format: DD MMM YYYY, HH:MM.

Contact

The name of the customer linked to the payment.

Product/Service

The associated product or service for which the payment is being processed.

Amount

Displays the transaction amount along with the currency (e.g., USD, AED, SAR).

Channel

Indicates the payment gateway or channel used, such as Stripe or ClickPay.

Reference Number

A unique identifier for the transaction.

Includes a copy button to quickly copy the reference number to the clipboard.

Link

Displays the payment link with an Open button. Clicking the Open button redirects you to the payment page (e.g., Stripe’s interface).

Status

Indicates the payment status (e.g., Pending, Paid).

Transaction Time

Displays the timestamp of when the transaction was initiated.

Created By

Identifies the user or system agent responsible for creating the transaction (e.g., System, Flow Agent, Agent).

Payment Pages

When a payment link is opened:

  1. The Payment Page (e.g., Stripe) displays the product/service, amount, and payment fields.
  2. Input fields include:
    • Email address.
    • Card information (Card Number, Expiry Date, CVC).
    • Cardholder name.
    • Country/region selector.
  3. Options for saving card information for quicker future checkouts are available.
  4. A Pay Button completes the transaction securely.

Search & Filter Options

  1. Search Bar:
    • Located at the top of the table.
    • Allows searching by channel or partial details of the customer or payment.
  2. Sorting Options:
    • Columns such as Date, Contact, and Amount can be sorted to find specific transactions quickly.

Practical Use Cases

  1. Sending Payment Links:
    • Quickly generate payment links for customers via Stripe or ClickPay for specific services or products.
  2. Tracking Payments:
    • Monitor the payment status for pending or completed transactions directly from the table.
  3. Streamlined Customer Management:
    • Link payments to customers for a seamless financial overview in the CRM.
  4. Automation with Flows:
    • Payment links created by system agents can be integrated into customer workflows, enabling automated reminders or follow-ups.
