The Average Time Per Stage Report displays the average amount of time enquiries spend in each stage of the pipeline. This report is essential for identifying stages that slow down workflows and improving overall efficiency.
Note: This module is visible only to Admins, Managers, and users with appropriate access. Restricted users will not have access to this report.
To access the Average Time Per Stage Report:
- Navigate to the Reports section from the left-side menu.
- Under the Enquiries category, select Average Time Per Stage.
This report provides filtering options to analyze the time enquiries spend in various stages.
- Period
- Options include: Today, Yesterday, This Week, Last Week, This Month, Last Month, and Custom.
- Use Case: Analyze average stage time for enquiries handled within a specific timeframe.
- Pipeline
- Select from available workflows, such as โOptimized Clinic Workflowโ or โSales Pipeline.โ
- Use Case: Focus on specific workflows to identify inefficiencies in particular stages of the pipeline.
- Unit of Period
- Options include: Days, Hours, and Minutes.
- Use Case: Customize the report view based on the level of granularity needed for time analysis.
- Graphical View
- The bar chart visualizes the average time enquiries spend in each stage (e.g., New, Qualified, Booked).
- Use Case: Easily identify stages where enquiries take the longest time and prioritize process improvements.
- Bottleneck Detection
- Identify stages where enquiries are delayed and take corrective actions, such as streamlining follow-up processes.
- Performance Tracking
- Compare the average time across pipelines to determine which workflows are most efficient.
- Optimization
- Use the time data to set performance benchmarks for team members and ensure consistent improvement.
- Review Regularly
- Monitor the Average Time Per Stage weekly to ensure workflows remain efficient.
- Collaborate on Findings
- Share insights with your team to align on performance goals and eliminate bottlenecks.
- Utilize Custom Views
- Save frequently used filter combinations for quick access in future reporting sessions.
