The Funnel Report visualizes the progression of enquiries through each stage of your pipeline, highlighting conversion rates between stages. This report is crucial for identifying drop-off points and optimizing your sales or service funnel.

Getting Here

Note: This module is restricted to Admins, Managers, and users with the appropriate access. Restricted users will not have access.

To access the Funnel Report:

  1. Navigate to the Reports section from the left-side menu.
  2. Under the Enquiries category, select Funnel Report.

Using the Report

The Funnel Report is designed to provide an easy-to-understand visual representation of enquiry data filtered by specific parameters.

Filters Overview

  1. Period
    • Options include: Today, Yesterday, This Week, Last Week, This Month, Last Month, and Custom.
    • Use Case: Analyze the funnel for enquiries created during a specific timeframe.
  2. Pipeline
    • Select from pipelines such as “Optimized Clinic Workflow” or “Sales Pipeline.”
    • Use Case: Focus on a specific pipeline to understand conversion dynamics in that workflow.

Interacting with the Report

  • Funnel Visualization
    • The report displays a funnel chart with stages and corresponding enquiry counts.
    • Each stage shows the absolute count and conversion percentage relative to the previous stage.
    • Use Case: Quickly identify stages with the highest drop-offs to focus improvement efforts.
