yes, but it is recommended to assign at least one specialist and one service for effective usage how many departments can i create? there is no limit to the number of departments you can create can i assign a specialist to multiple departments? yes, specialists can be linked to more than one department if their expertise overlaps what happens if i delete a department? deleting a department will not remove its associated services or specialists but will unlink them from the deleted department can i duplicate a department? no, duplication is not currently supported departments must be manually created how do i reorder departments? departments are listed alphabetically by default use the sort option for other arrangements what if a department name conflicts with another? department names must be unique to avoid duplication can i assign services to a department without specialists? yes, but this may limit the ability to book those services effectively how do i search for a department quickly? use the search bar at the top of the departments tab to locate a department by name can i temporarily deactivate a department? no, departments cannot be deactivated you can, however, disable online booking for associated services if needed
