Reports Overview
Reports module is available for all plans.
This module allows you to receive more insights and details about the overall performance of your workforce, and helps you view your Workplace's operations, which will help you in making data-driven decisions with your businesses.
This module will not be viewable for restricted users. (Restricted users are users with limited views as created by the admins) This module can be viewed by Admins, Managers, and users with access to the Reports module.
This module can be accessed through the navigation list on your left side of the screen, then go to Reports.
You will be able to view 3 main types of reports, and from these types you will have different reports to view. The tabs are:
Reports: Enquiries
Reports: Chats
Reports: Appointments
Each tab contains a distinct set of report filters, allowing for comprehensive analysis and the generation of insightful information derived from the reports.
Certain filters apply exclusively to specific overviews within the report tabs. Consequently, these overviews may either not appear completely, or will appear empty.
The filters that you apply within the system are preserved specifically at the individual user level. This ensures that any adjustments or modifications made by other users will not have an impact on your personalized settings. As a result, you are able to seamlessly continue your work from the exact point where you left off, enhancing both your productivity and overall user experience. This feature provides a consistent and stable environment for you to manage your tasks without the interruption of external changes.
You have the ability to download some of the reports. If you see these three lines, press on them and you will get options to download the reports in different file types which are: SVG, PNG, and CSV.
In some reports, you will be able to export the report for external usage. This will allow you as businesses to use our Reports module directly in your presentations or data analyzing tools. You need to click on Export, and then you will be able to export the file as CSV, or Excel.
For our charts, especially those in the Chat Reports, you will be able to group by clicking on the Group By option, and then you will get a list of different options that you may choose from. Of course, this view will not affect any other viewer's interface.
