Practo by Insta integration in Sanoflow allows healthcare businesses to seamlessly connect their Hospital Management System (HMS) with Sanoflow. This integration enables automated syncing of patient data, locations, and specialists, ensuring efficient appointment scheduling, enquiry management, and streamlined workflows.
- Log in to your Sanoflow account.
- From the left-hand menu, go to Settings > Integrations.
- Select the Add Channel tab under the HMS section.
- Automated Data Sync: Fetch and add locations and specialists in bulk.
- Centralized Management: Manage patient appointments and records in one place.
- Custom Configuration: Tailor your integration with credentials specific to your Practo account.
Note: Only one HMS integration is allowed at a time. If an HMS integration is already active, the "Add" button for Practo by Insta will not be visible.
- Navigate to Settings:
- Go to Settings in the Sanoflow dashboard.
- Select Integrations from the sidebar.
- Activate Practo Integration:
- Locate the HMS section.
- Click Add next to Practo (if no other HMS is integrated).
- Enter Configuration Details:
- Fill in the required fields:
- Channel Name: A unique name for your HMS channel.
- Hospital Name: The name of your hospital registered with Practo.
- User Name: Your Practo API username.
- Password: Your Practo API password.
- City Name: The city associated with your hospital.
- Click Save to activate the integration.
- Fetch Data:
- Once configured, switch to the Fetch Data tab.
- Use the following options:
- Fetch & Add Locations: Sync all hospital locations from Practo.
- Fetch & Add Specialists: Sync specialists and their details.
- Click the respective buttons to sync data in bulk.
- Verify Credentials: Ensure your Practo API credentials are accurate before activating the integration.
- Data Sync Order: Always fetch locations before fetching specialists to avoid data mismatch.
- Regular Updates: Periodically refresh data by re-fetching locations and specialists.
- Single Integration Rule: If switching HMS providers, deactivate the existing one before adding a new integration.
- "Add" Button Not Visible:
- Issue: Another HMS integration is already active.
- Solution: Deactivate the existing HMS integration under Manage before adding Practo.
- Data Fetch Errors:
- Issue: Locations or specialists fail to sync.
- Solution: Verify API credentials and retry the fetch process.
- Authentication Issues:
- Issue: "Invalid username or password" error.
- Solution: Recheck the Practo API username and password entered during configuration.
- Incomplete Data:
- Issue: Missing specialists or locations after fetch.
- Solution: Ensure all relevant data is updated in Practo before fetching it into Sanoflow.
- Can I integrate multiple HMS systems simultaneously?
- No, only one HMS integration is allowed at a time in Sanoflow.
- What happens if I deactivate my current HMS integration?
- All synced data remains in Sanoflow, but the connection to the HMS is removed.
- Can I edit the configuration after integration?
- Yes, navigate to Manage under Practo integration to update credentials or details.
