The Mediware integration allows healthcare organizations to synchronize their hospital management software (HMS) with Sanoflow, enabling seamless management of appointments, specialists, and patient data. With this integration, users can enhance workflow automation and improve patient engagement.
- Log in to your Sanoflow account.
- From the left-hand menu, go to Settings > Integrations.
- Select the Add Channel tab under the HMS section.
If an HMS integration is already active, you will not see the add button for Mediware.
1. Access Integration Settings
- Open Sanoflow and navigate to Settings.
- Click on Integrations from the sidebar.
- Scroll to the HMS section and locate Unite.
2. Add Unite Integration
- If no other HMS integration is active, click the Add button next to Unite.
- Fill in the required fields in the Add HMS: Unite form:
- Channel Name: Assign a unique name for the integration.
- App ID: Enter the unique application ID provided by Unite.
- App Key: Provide the application key for authentication.
- Auth Token: Enter the authentication token from Unite for secure access.
- Click Save to complete the integration.
3. Manage Unite Configuration
- Once connected, the Unite channel will be listed under Connected Channels.
- To modify the integration settings:
- Select Manage next to Unite.
- Update the Channel Name, App ID, App Key, or Auth Token if necessary.
- Click Update to save the changes.
4. Fetch Data from Unite
- Navigate to the Fetch Data section in the Manage screen.
- Use:
- Fetch & Add Locations to import medical facility locations into Sanoflow.
- Fetch & Add Specialists to sync specialist details.
- Recommendation: Fetch locations first, followed by specialists, for proper data mapping.
- Ensure Accurate Credentials: Verify App ID, App Key, and Auth Token before saving to prevent authentication failures.
- Use One HMS Integration at a Time: You can only have one HMS integration active in Sanoflow. If you need to switch to Unite, first deactivate any other active HMS integration.
- Fetch Data Regularly: Periodically update specialists and locations from Unite to keep records accurate.
- Secure API Keys: Store App Key and Auth Token securely to prevent unauthorized access.
1. Unable to Add Unite Integration
- Cause: Another HMS integration is currently active.
- Solution: Disable the existing HMS integration and refresh the page.
2. Authentication Errors
- Cause: Incorrect App ID, App Key, or Auth Token.
- Solution: Confirm that all credentials match the ones provided by Unite.
3. Fetch Operations Not Working
- Cause: The Unite API may be experiencing delays.
- Solution: Retry fetching after a few minutes. Ensure credentials are correct.
4. Duplicate Data After Fetching
- Cause: Fetching previously added locations or specialists.
- Solution: Sanoflow automatically prevents duplicate records, so no action is needed.
- Can I integrate Unite while another HMS is active?
- No, only one HMS integration can be active at a time. Disable the existing one first.
- What credentials do I need for Unite integration?
- You will need App ID, App Key, and Auth Token.
- How do I fetch locations and specialists from Unite?
- Navigate to Manage > Fetch Data and use the respective options.
- Can I change the App ID or Auth Token later?
